Kevin Gao is a
seasoned executive with over 25 years of extensive experience in the
biopharmaceutical industry, specializing in supply chain and plant management,
digital transformation, and overall corporate operations. In 2021, he joined
Innocare as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he oversees comprehensive
operational management, including supply chain, production, procurement,
digitalization, and fixed asset projects for the group. Concurrently, he serves
as the General Manager of the Guangzhou company, managing the operations of an
integrated platform that encompasses R&D, CMC, and production.
Prior to joining
Innocare, Kevin served as the Plant General Manager, China Operations Head, and
Vice President of Production and Supply Chain for the Asia-Pacific region at
Baxter International. In these capacities, he managed 10 manufacturing
facilities and an engineering technology center across the Asia-Pacific,
leading a workforce of over 6,000 employees.
Kevin is an alumnus of Zhejiang University and holds
an EMBA from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a DBA
from the United Business Institutes (UBI) in Belgium.
