Dang Zhen，the postgraduate of Business school, Renmin University of China, and member of the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University EMBA program. She currently leads Novo Nordisk’s end-to-end commercial operations and logistics management from supply chain to point of use. In the pharmaceutical cold-chain domain, she and her team have built an industry-leading digital and intelligent operations platform and, through an end-to-end data model, achieved dual assurance of product safety and stable supply—further strengthening value-chain resilience and responsiveness.
