Grace Ma has over 20 years of extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, and holds CPM and SA8000 certifications. She has worked for pharma companies including Novartis, Roche, Innovent Biologics and Zencore Biologics, holding key positions such as Procurement Head and Supply Chain Head. Currently she serves as the Supply Chain Head of Shanghai Henlius Biotech, oversees direct procurement, planning and artwork. She has rich practical experience in project management, category management, supplier management, as well as the establishment of digital supply chain processes.
