▪️ Joined Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group
after graduating with a Master's degree in 2014, possessing twelve years of
experience in biopharmaceutical R&D and industrialization.
▪️ Responsible for construction of
biomacromolecule supply chain system, optimizing takt time pull and cascaded
control from drug demand end to production planning/scheduling, then to raw
material procurement end, achieving end-to-end integration, and building an
efficient and resilient supply chain system.
▪️ Rich experience in industrialization
operations and factory construction, responsible for the design and
construction of multiple macromolecule production lines, including 4*2000L,
5*3000L, 2*10000L, and 4*10000L lines, all of which have been put into operation.
▪️ Led multiple projects successful single-use
scale-ups on new production lines. Achieved the first
successful single-use scale-up on 10000L production line in China without
engineering batches. This production line has successfully launched multiple
products, such as Bevacizumab, Trastuzumab, and Benmelstobart.
▪️ Outstanding innovation capability with 12
years of experience. Applied for a total of 16 patents in process and
equipment, and won 2 Production Management Innovation Awards from CP
Pharmaceutical Group.
▪️ Led the team to complete process scale-up,
technology transfer and GMP commercial-scale production for 3+ innovative
drugs, 20+ biosimilars, as well as recombinant human coagulation factor Ⅶa and Ⅷ.
▪️ Co-established a biopharma production quality
management system compliant with EMA and FDA requirements.
