Tammy Long holds a
PhD in Biomedical Science, a Master degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical
Research, and a Bachelor of Medicine degree. She possesses more than 20 years
of professional experience in pharmaceutical clinical supply chain and drug
development, with profound expertise in clinical material forecasting,
planning, procurement, packaging and distribution covering Phase I, II, III
clinical trials and EAP programs.
Ms. Long is
well-versed in supply chain qualification for BLA and MMA submissions, as well
as U.S. and EU pharmaceutical commercial launch and serialization management.
She has served as Director of Clinical Supply Chain at well-known
biopharmaceutical enterprises including Scholar Rock and Dianthus Therapeutics,
and held senior management roles at RemeGen Biosciences, Immunity Bio, Cardinal
Health and other companies.
Her professional
scope covers global clinical & commercial supply strategy layout,
end-to-end clinical supply chain operation, cross-department collaboration with
CMC, Quality and Regulatory teams, vendor qualification and management, SOP
formulation and optimization, trade compliance, global logistics & depot
management, cold chain temperature deviation handling, and cross-border customs
clearance. She also owns professional qualifications including U.S. and China
Customs Broker Certificates and EU Trade Compliance Level 7 certification, with
rich practical experience in global pharmaceutical clinical supply chain and
international trade compliance.
