| Xu Feng is the Regional Supply Chain Director for the DCS business since Nov 2017.
He leads the DCS APAC Supply Chain team to develop and execute supply chain plans and processes which are in alignment with the business strategy. He defines, develops and leverages low-cost-to-serve opportunities delivered by Supply Chain, as well as manage all Supply Chain sub-functions and work processes within the business including: Logistics, Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Order to Cash, Material Flow, etc. He is also leading Supply Chain Rotation Program in Asia Pacific.
His career spans over 23 years in logistics and supply chain.
Prior to joining Dow, Xu Feng worked in various companies in the logistics function such as Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), one of the world's largest integrated international container transportation, logistics and terminal companies offering fully-integrated logistics and containerized transportation services.
Xu Feng received his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Tongji University and a Master in Business Administration from Northwood University, U.S.A.
