Ms. Xin YANG
graduated from the University of Hanover, Germany in 2008 with a PhD in
Materials science. In the same year, she joined the central research division
of BASF headquarters in Germany. In 2016, she obtained a double EMBA from
University of Mannheim in Germany and Tongji University in Shanghai. During her
11 years at BASF headquarters in Germany, she served successively as senior
manager of R&D and global market strategy, and group technical expert. In
2019, she was sent back to Greater China area from headquarter and served as
Technical Director, branch general manager and other positions. She is
currently Vice President Supply Chain and Logistics Operations at BASF, and
Logistics Director (Integrated Site Supply Chain Management and Operations) at
BASF-YPC Company Ltd. Over the years, Ms. Yang has been deeply engaged in BASF
Group R&D, market, technology, upstream and downstream production
operations, supply chain and other fields, adhering to the concept of
"innovation drives development, intelligent manufacturing leads the future",
and focused on promoting customer-oriented, green and sustainable full chain
innovative development.
