Nancy spent her
20year+ in DuPont driving process and competency development in Integrated
Business Planning, demand management and supply chain management, making IBP as
the backbone of business management, implemented number of projects with proven
results of predictability & productivity enhancement of demand management
process, optimize inventory level and improve customer service level. Awarded
three times for Excellence Performance.
Nancy is also Six
Sigma Master Black Belt, APICS certified instructor for Certified Supply Chain
Professional (CSCP) and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
with APICS. Nancy is also an APICS
certified instructor with high scored feedback from audiences. As an educator,
Nancy has presented to large and small audiences in China, Japan, Korea, India,
Taiwan, Malaysia, Switzerland and the US.
