He has a deep knowledge of global natural gas, ethane & propane, ethylene & propylene, methanol, ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol, propylene oxide/polyether, PVC and degradable materials, energy and chemical logistics, etc. Dr. Zhao also has rich practical experience in large-scale chemicals, chemical logistics, strategic management, operation management, organizational performance, customer value management, etc.
