Oversea Conference Sales

Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct researches in targeted industry and prepare high quality customer lists
2. Identify clients’ needs and approach key decision-makers through professional cold calls, emails and other tools
3. Invite potential delegates/sponsors to attend/sponsor the conference and manage ongoing relationship with them
4. Provide on-site coordination and services to all the attendees

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in English, Business or Management preferred
2. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English & Mandarin
3. Good at market analysis and problem solving
4. Extrovert, Proactive and Result driven
5. Previous experience in similar industry will be a plus

Conference Producer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Specialize in business research and project management;
2. Structuring and finalizing the event agenda;
3. Selecting and inviting high level speakers;
4. Designing the conference brochure and ensuring profitability of entire project;
5. Attend and manage conferences, including opening of conference and assist in successful running of the event;
6. Work closely with marketing, operations, sales and other departments to ensure the overall success of the event;
7. Ensure proper cost management that falls within given budgets.

Job Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any field. Preferably in Business Administration, English, Mass Communication, Marketing, etc.
2. Extremely fluent in both English and Chinese;
3. Significant commercial experience and business sense;
4. A superb communicator, confident on the telephone and with excellent writing skills;
5. Preferably those with a minimum of 1 year experience in the conference and event industry;
6. Organized and highly motivated self-starter with proven research skills and an ability to complete projects within tight deadlines;
7. Great team player who is flexible, imaginative and open to new ideas;
8. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.

 

Conference Affairs Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. 根据客户和公司要求负责活动执行环节,进行会议前期各项工作筹备;
2. 在方案策划阶段,从执行角度为方案的可实施性提出合理化建议,理解策划方案,按策划要求将方案内容实现。
3. 了解活动流程,把控项目的时间节点,做好项目合理分工:
4. 对报名人员做好前期的沟通与服务,与客户保持良好的沟通,及时反馈项目的进展;
5. 及时与其他部门保持沟通,准确传达需求,保障项目顺利进行
6. 会议现场工作管理,各项会议事项对接;
7. 会议品质管控、会议系统、流程建设优化;
8. 会议后期总结、会议工作改进;
9、完成领导交待的其他工作。

Job Requirements:
1. 从事过1年以上汽车相关会务会展工作、活动策划执行工作优先或会展专业应届毕业生;
2. 责任感强、做事认真严谨、利他爱人、亲和力较强;
3. 具有较强的系统思维能力、工作条理性强;

Job Responsibilities:
1. 负责微信公众号运营;
2. 熟悉项目相关媒体并进行相关沟通和合作洽谈;
3. 挖掘和汇集相关行业新闻,整理数据,并及时保持对网站和客户的更新;
4. 整理活动现场的媒体资料,整合数据并编辑会后报告;
5. 关注同行会议,搜集客户数据并整理;

Job Requirements:
1. 熟悉微信公众号运营
2. 能完成与项目相关媒体的沟通和合作;
3. 创新意识,具备良好的沟通能力,团队合作精神;
4. 英语要求六级,优秀的英语口头和书面表达能力。
5. 有会议行业经验者优先。

 

Financial Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
1. 日常财务核算、会计凭证、出纳、税务工作的审核;
2. 按规定每日登记现金日记账和银行存款日记账;
3. 根据记账凭证报销内容收付现金;
4. 每日负责盘清库存现金,核对现金日记账,按规定程序保管现金,保证库存现金安全;
5. 保管好各种空白支票、票据、印鉴;
6. 负责接收各项银行到款进账凭证,并传递到有关的制单人员;
7. 负责单位出纳工作;
8. 完成领导交办的其他工作。

Job Requirements:
1. 财务类专业,大学专科及以上学历;
2. 具有1年以上财务类相关工作经验,具备扎实的财务知识;
3. 稳重、踏实、仔细、谨慎,诚实守信,具有良好的沟通、协调能力,一定的抗压能力及自我调节能力,有良好的职业操守;
4. 熟练使用办公自动化及财务类软硬件;
