Summit Background

Sustainability has become a common pursuit for the entire value chain of the chemical industry. Based on the proportion in carbon emissions, supply chain decarbonization is undoubtedly the biggest challenge to achieving net zero emissions. Therefore, an effective and executable supply chain decarbonization strategy has become an important task for chemical companies. Only by actively embracing sustainability can we stand out in future value chain.

The traditional chemical supply chain is also being disrupted and redefined. Decision makers are rethinking and promoting supply chain reinvention to build a future-proofed sustainable supply chain.

Many challenges still exist in the process of reinventing the chemical supply chain. How to balance decarbonization, supply chain resilience, cost and regulation to achieve sustainable growth? How can we achieve more visibility by adapting people, processes and advanced tools, then help carbon accounting and enhance supply chain efficiency and customer experience?
